Oven Roasted (Sweet) Potatoes

I found a number of Oven roasted potato recipes and asked my husband to choose which one he wanted the most...he choose this Oven Roasted Potatoes recipe and I thought it said "sweet potatoes", but it didn't...

Luckily!!!! These potatoes were delicious anyways...sweet or not!!!
