Slacker Commitment

I officially commit to cooking one ethnic meal during the month of July. Yes, I have slacker commitment issues, but at least I'll make one good meal!!!

Does reheating indian food leftovers count as "cooking an ethnic meal"??? :)

July Challenge - Ethnic Foods

This challenge was actually suggested by Robin and hopefully it will be something different and interesting. Here are my goals: To cook one completely ethnic meal each week. Bonus: Make one ethnic dessert and one ethnic appetizer. Italian and Mexican food totally count, but make from a different country each week. Anyone in?
