We have started having fish on Sunday or Monday's because trash day is Tuesday. For "O for October" I decided to try Orange Roughy and C and B(my son and husband) said this was the best fish they ever had...literally:)
The recipe is actually for Bake Orange Roughy Italian Style.
Again, My husband and my son kept saying that it was the best fish they ever had!!! I bet it was because it was marinaded in butter...
