Jam Thumbprint Cookies-Ina Garten

I am at a disadvantage for this challenge because we haven't had cable in 3 years. However, before we gave up this luxury, I saw Ina make these cookies as Christmas gifts for her friends. They are now a part of our Christmas cookie lineup every year, though they would be delicious any time of year. Sorry, no photo, but take my word that they are as beautiful as they are tasty.

Do you miss cable? We (I) are thinking about dropping it.

I miss it sometimes. We dropped it when we moved to NE, so I wasn't used to watching it here. Plus, we've been a little busier than usual. It's best not to have any added distractions. The nice thing is that PBS has a couple of digital channels. One is "Create" which is like HGTV/Food Network (also the reason why I always use America's Test Kitchen recipes).
