Popcorn, a brown paper bag, salt, and olive oil. I cover the bottle of the bag with a single layer of popcorn, drizzle a smidge of olive oil, and a few shakes of salt.

Then fold the top of the bag over a few times, and place in microwave.

Set your microwave for two minutes. STAY and LISTEN for it to stop popping.

Your popcorn is done. Top your favorite way. I like the white cheddar popcorn seasonings.

This is not a duh post ...I've never seen this. What a great idea and saves a ton of fat and $$ over the microwave popcorn brands. Nice ... I'm definitely going to try this out.
I didn't know one could do this either! Cool! Thanks, and B thanks you also!
You can actually make it with a few less calories...put the popcorn in the brown bag, roll down the top, and then pop it...it will pop nicely without the oil...then use olive oil spray and some salt or sea salt over it...you use less olive oil and have less calories :-)
