I tried a Pad Thai recipe I found on the internet....eh... It was okay. I did not add the shrimp and maybe that is what it needed. I used to make this fabulous recipe in college with a friend of mine, but I can't remember what all was in it. I am going to keep searching for a delicious and simple Pad Thai recipe :) This one was definitely simple.

You know, I posted a very good pad thai recipe during international month. It seemed complicated, but I preped everything during nap time and then put it together right before dinner. Easy peasy.
