Emeril's Rhubarb Cobbler


It must be a good year for rhubarb here. It is spilling over the bins at the grocery stores and farmer's market and they have it at a killer price 1.79 euros /kilo. So, I purchased some and made Emeril's Rhubarb Cobbler from the Food Network site. Good ... but not as good as grandma's ...what can I say.

My mom asked me if I was going to make a strawberry rubarb pie...I think that was a hint! But this looks fantastic. Thanks for the inspiration!

I can't seem to wrap my head around this tasting good. I guess I think all desserts should be chocolate or something...I'm working on it!
