Lee's dinner

So, my cousin is married to a trained chef. We were recently in town to visit and got him to cook dinner for us. I just wanted to share. It was delicious.

It was baked flounder rolls with a little sauce, a rice pilaf, and julianned steamed vegtables. Delicious!

What? You didn't get the recipes?! I would love to know how to julienne vegetables ... mine never look like the restaurant version. Wow ... impressive!

I asked if he cut all those vegetables. He used a mandolin (sp?) It was wonderful and very fun.

Thanks for the props. I don't know how he does that julienne thing either...sometimes he does it without the mandolin...isn't that a musical instrument?
